The rescuers have to free the hostage and get them to the Sanctuary, while the terrorists try to stop them.
Objective
The rescuers bring the hostage to the “Sanctuary” base; the terrorists try to stop them.
Set-up
Two teams: the Rescuers and the Terrorists. The terrorists pick one rescuer as their hostage. There's a “Sanctuary” base (where the rescue ends) and two holding areas. The rescuers are told where one of them is — but the terrorists don't know which one.
Time: 30 minutes recommended (adjustable).
Rules
- 01The terrorists get a 5-minute head start to move the hostage.
- 02The terrorists can't take the hostage outside the chosen area.
- 03The hostage isn't allowed to try to escape.
- 04If the hostage gets hit, the team that hit them is eliminated.
- 05At least one rescuer has to escort the hostage all the way to the Sanctuary to end the game.
- 06If the hostage gets separated after the rescue, they stay put and wait to be picked up.
- 07Eliminated players can't give away positions by word or gesture.
How to win
The rescuers win if they get the hostage to the Sanctuary; the terrorists win if they stop them.
