Privacy policy

Bullet Paint is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at contact@bullet-paint.ro or on +40 759 761 760.

We only collect personal data when you actively give it to us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting server for security purposes.

We don't create user accounts and we don't store your booking history.

• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To get in touch with you about a booking.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Technical server data is deleted after 30 days.

The site uses external services that may process data:

• Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection on the contact form. Google's privacy policy.
• Google Maps — the map embedded on the contact page. Google's privacy policy.
• YouTube — videos embedded in the gallery. Google's privacy policy.
• Resend — the email service that delivers messages from the contact form. Resend's privacy policy.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Ask us to delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
• Data portability.
• Lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal): dataprotection.ro.

Data sent through the contact form is protected by HTTPS. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
